We sell Cheshire Oak traditionally cured English bacon from Hall & Roberts (Provisions) Ltd. They use the finest quality pork and cure it using Cheshire Oak’s unique recipe to create their traditional bacon and gammon products.
Cheshire Oak bacon products do not have an added water declaration and are therefore less likely to shrink when cooked giving maximum bacon taste. In fact, it grills and fries just like bacon in years gone by so it is little wonder that people prefer Cheshire Oak’s taste and succulence.
